CTM-ONLINE provides ready access to information on Community trade mark (CTM) applications and registrations including online access to CTM files.
Each CTM file generally contains all correspondence between OHIM and the CTM owner and/or its representative in relation to that CTM application or registration.
At the bottom of the initial search screen of CTM-ONLINE, the date of the last update of the database is indicated (“Last updated on dd/mm/yyyy”).
The information in CTM-ONLINE is taken from the internal systems used by OHIM to process trade mark applications and registrations. CTM-ONLINE should not be used to establish with certainty that no earlier conflicting Community trade mark rights exist for any given case.
